Important notes regarding train ticket arrangements
Reservation start date
For train tickets, reservations open 120 days before the departure date, with the exception of TAJ EXPRESS/INTERCITY EXPRESS tickets (available 30 days in advance).
Required documents and fees
A passport is required to arrange train tickets.
A fee of 300 RS per person per ticket (per segment) applies.
If you book an e-ticket (general), an additional 50-120 RS (depending on the train and class) will be added to the base fare.
Points to note when making arrangements
We will place an order to arrange the most convenient and best train possible for your desired route.
Please note that if the flight is fully booked, your reservation will be made for a different train/class departing on the same day.
If regular trains are fully booked, a special arrangement for foreigners will be made, available only to foreigners at the same price as regular passengers.
If the tickets are arranged by a foreigner, cancellations are not possible. Please note that these tickets are non-refundable.
Cancellation/Change
Since the tickets were booked on a regular train, a cancellation/change is required. A fee of 500 RS per person per segment will apply.
