In order to make your stay pleasant, the Management requests your cooperation in observing the following guidelines as an agreement between the guest and\u00a0Hotel Tokyo PalaCE\u00a0under which rooms are permitted to be used by the registered guests.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n Check-in time is at 12.00 hrs;<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n Check-out time is 10.00 hrs.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n Early Check-in & late Check-out will be chargeable depending on subject to availability.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n Booking will be confirmed only against 50% advance payment.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n Kindly send the Credit Card Details with the expiry date \/ Hotel voucher\/advance payment 40 days in advance to hold the booking on a confirmed basis.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n For travel agents and offline bookings, kindly provide us the details of the advance payment deposited along with the scan copy of the deposit slip. Regarding the deposited amount, if full information is not provided then the amount might go unidentified and the booking will not be confirmed.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n In case of cancellation, the refund of the advance deposit will be transferred back to the same account through which payment was initially received. Requests for transfer to another account will not be entertained.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n Management reserves the rights to amend, modify & withdraw any promotions without any prior notice.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n The hotel reserves the right of Admission at all times.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n In case of NO SHOW, retention charges equivalent to total room nights booked, will be charged.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n In case of an early departure, retention charges equivalent to the balance unutilized room nights will be levied and no amount will be refunded or carried forward by the Hotel.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n The refund is processed within 7-15 working days and is re-sent via the same payment mode that was used for making the payment.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n The Hotel reserves the right to release non-guaranteed reservations without prior information, without any liabilities.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n Guests must declare the number of children & their age during reservation.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n Children Below 06 years are complimentary without an extra bed.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n 06 to 12 years of age will be charged INR 550+ GST with extra bed.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n Adults and children above 12 years will be charged INR 750+ GST and shall be provided with an extra bed.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n A maximum of one extra bed can be placed in the rooms.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n Children Below 06 years are complimentary without an extra bed.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n 06 to 12 years of age will be charged full for Camel Safari + GST with extra child\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n Adults and children above 12 years will be charged\u00a0 full for camel safari + GST and shall be provided with an extra person .<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n A maximum of one extra bed can be placed in the rooms.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n The Administration reserves the right to refuse service to a guest or may ask a guest to leave the hotel if the guest<\/span><\/p>\n Are creating nuisance, disturbing other guests and misbehaving with staff.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n Are under the influence of drugs or excess alcohol.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n Are unable to pay for the accommodations or services.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n Visitors are not allowed in the rooms by in-house guests and can only be entertained in the lobby or common areas.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n Guests are requested to lock the door while leaving the room. All valuable items should be kept in the safety locker provided in each room. The Management will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the personal belongings.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n Guests can store luggage in the locker room on availability of the storage space, All luggage should be under lock and key at time of submission as the management will not be liable for any loss of items.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n The Hotel keeps a record of all \u2018lost & found\u2019 items. Should any guests lose any personal belongings during their stay with us, the guest needs to inform the hotel. If the same is found on our premises the items shall be shipped back at the owner\u2019s expense.
